Beyoncé - The then-Destiny’s Child member tore her hamstring in rehearsals for a TV special in 2004.

Beyoncé - Although she was still able to walk, doctors ordered her not to perform for a week.

Michael Jackson - Even the King of Pop at one point succumbed to injury when his hair caught on fire during filming for a 1983 Pepsi commercial.

Michael Jackson - His locks unfortunately burnt off and he was said to have suffered migraines for a while afterwards.

Madonna - The ‘Material Girl’ singer took a tumble during her performance at the 2015 BRIT Awards after two of her backup dancers pulled on her cape.

Madonna - She reportedly hit her head and experienced a bit of whiplash, but she carried on the performance nonetheless.

Dave Grohl - The Foo Fighters singer fell off stage and broke his leg during a 2015 concert in Sweden.

Rihanna - The singer was hospitalized after a 2010 concert in Zurich because of an injured rib.

Rihanna - Fortunately the injury was not serious and she was out of hospital in time to perform in Lyon the following night.

Lady Gaga - One of the singer’s backup dancers accidentally hit her in the face with a pole during a 2012 concert.

Florence Welch - The Florence and the Machine front woman jumped off the stage during her 2015 Coachella performance.

Pink - The 'So What' singer injured herself at a 2010 concert when she attempted some airborne choreography and, due to an incorrectly fastened harness, collided with a barrier.

Pink - She fortunately did not sustain any serious injuries, but she was reportedly left very sore.

Demi Lovato - The ‘Heart Attack’ singer ended up with her arm in a sling after injuring it during a 2014 concert.

Demi Lovato - She was also hobbling around on crutches just the year before following a fall at her home.
