The gay and lesbian TV couples we love
Alex and Piper - There have been several lesbian couples on 'Orange is the New Black,' but the relationship between Alex (Laura Prepon) and Piper (Taylor Schilling) rules supreme.
Naomi and Emily - Naomi (Lily Loveless) and Emily (Kathryn Prescott) from 'Skins' were quite the dramatic couple, but beloved all the same.
Kurt and Blaine - 'Glee' makes another appearance on this list with fan-favorite duo Kurt (Chris Colfer) and Blaine (Darren Criss).
Oliver and Connor - Oliver (Conrad Ricamora) and Connor (Jack Falahee) made an already riveting 'How to Get Away with Murder' all the more intriguing.
Shaw and Root -
Shaw (Sarah Shahi) and Root (Amy Acker) weren't originally meant to be lovers on 'Person of Interest,' but their chemistry just could not be ignored.
Cameron and Mitchell - Cameron (Eric Stonestreet) and Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) were possibly the most adorable couple on 'Modern Family.'

Rose and Luisa - Rose (Bridget Regan) and Luisa's (Yara Martinez) relationship, like much of 'Jane the Virgin,' was very confusing, but fans love the pair all the same.
Ben and Michael - The US version of 'Queer as Folk' had many viewers rooting for Ben (Robert Gant) and Michael (Hal Sparks).
