Ways to destress your body

Stress is a part and parcel of the busy lives that we need. however, we must learn to destress the body and the mind in order to lead a healthy lifestyle. 

Deep Breathing: Take a few deep breaths in and out. This will help you to relax your muscles and slow down your heart rate.

Stretching: Stretching helps to release tension in your muscles and increases blood flow to your brain. Try some simple stretches like neck rolls, shoulder shrugs, and hamstring stretches.

Exercise: Physical activity helps to reduce stress by releasing endorphins, which are the body's natural mood enhancers. Choose an activity that you enjoy such as running, cycling, yoga, or swimming.

Meditation: Meditation can help to calm your mind and reduce stress. Find a quiet place to sit comfortably and focus on your breath. If your mind wanders, gently bring your focus back to your breath.

Massage: Massage helps to relieve muscle tension and promote relaxation. You can give yourself a simple self-massage or book a professional massage session.
