Ways to make life simple again

Communicate -
Don't think that you always have to try to read other people's minds, or expect them to be able to read yours. Communication is of utmost importance.

Invest in your relationships -
It's always important to be polite to everyone, but you're not going to be friends with everyone in the world.

Save -
You will never regret living within your means. Make a budget that also includes an amount for saving, and stick to it.

Sleep -
Never underestimate the importance of sleep. It is essential for good health, productivity, and overall well-being.

Get up earlier -
Getting up 30 minutes earlier than you need to will help you get ready at a more leisurely pace, and you won't have to rush.

Don't be jealous -
Don't waste your life feeling jealous. It's an entirely useless emotion, and will get you nowhere. Try self-improvement instead!

Ask -
Don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it. This can apply to many different things. The worst someone can do is refuse.

Save time -
Your time is precious, and there is only a finite amount of it. Try to learn a few things that will enable you to save time.

Deal with issues in a healthy way - If you're upset or angry, don't turn to drinking or drugs. Go for a run and absorb the nature that surrounds you, for example.

Pay bills on time -
Make sure that you pay your bills on time. Little things like this will just make life easier, and give you less to be stressed about.

Don't create unnecessary stress - It's always better to get gas after work, rather than before. This way, you will be less agitated and you won't be in a rush.

Utilize technology in a positive way - We live in a world where technology is an enormous part of day-to-day life. Use it for good things that make you happy.

Don't steal -
This is fairly straightforward. Not stealing is an obvious choice. You don't want to get a criminal record, and it's not a nice thing to do!

Say "I love you" -
Don't forget to tell those closest to you that you love them. This doesn't just apply to partners, but also family and close friends.

Be yourself -
You are who you are. Embrace it, and don't be ashamed of it. There is no point in pretending to be someone else.

Keep everything clean -
Regular cleaning is important, as it means that you are looking after your surroundings. If you do it regularly, it will also not be such a huge job!

Eat healthy -
Buy what you need for the week ahead, and don't be tempted to impulse buy just because something is on sale.

Avoid drama and gossip -
You don't need to get involved in other people's drama and gossip. And you certainly don't need to create any of your own.
