The ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) was built up in 1994. The ARF is a key discussion for security discourse in Asia, supplementing the different two-sided organizations together and exchanges. It gives a setting in which individuals can talk about current provincial security issues and create agreeable measures to improve peace and security in the area. Amid its first stage, the ARF concentrated on certainty building measures and made unobtrusive picks up in building a feeling of the key network. At the sixteenth ARF Ministerial Meeting in July 2009, Ministers embraced an ARF vision explanation. The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade has obligation regarding ARF arrangement, in the interview with the Department of Defense and other applicable offices. It involves 27 individuals.
