MariaDB Installation
To install MariaDB database on Windows Operating System, follow the below steps.
Step 1: Download MariaDB for Windows from the link https://mariadb.org/download/.
Step 2: RUN the downloaded file.
Step 3: Click on the NEXT button in the setup Wizard.
Step 4: Read the license agreement and then again click on the NEXT button.
Step 5: Click on the icon in the tree to change the way features will be installed.
Step 6: Click on the NEXT button.
Step 7: Modify password for the database user root and then again click on the NEXT button.
Step 8: Select INSTALL AS SERVICE and ENABLE NETWORKING, and then click on the NEXT button.
Step 9: Enable the feedback plugin and submit anonymous usage information and Click on the NEXT button.
Step 10: Click on the INSTALL button to begin the installation.
