Struts 2 push data tag

<s:push>:

The <s:push> tag is used to push a value on the top of the stack to access it easily.

Syntax:

<s:push value="beanReference">
    <s:propery value="property1" />
    <s:propery value="property2" />
</s:push>

Note: We can see in the previous s:property tag example that we have to use bean reference to access the properties but in case push tag we push bean reference at the top of the stack and access the property directly without using bean reference.

Example:

test.jsp

<%@ taglib uri="/struts-tags" prefix="s"%>
<html>
	<head>
		<title>Struts 2 s:push data tag example</title>
	</head>
	<body>
		<h3>This is a s:push data tag example.</h3>

		<s:bean name="com.w3spoint.action.Test" var="test">
		  <s:param name="website">www.w3spoint.com</s:param>
		</s:bean>

		<s:push value="#test" >
			Website : <s:property value="website" />
		</s:push>

	</body>
</html>
