Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council (CTEPC) is an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to promotion of exports. Commonly known as TEXPROCIL, the Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council has been the global face of cotton textiles from India and the body facilitates international exports. Texprocil has a membership of around 3,000 companies spread across major textile clusters in India which includes composite mills, spinning units, weaving units, knitting units, process houses and merchant exporters. Its members are exportersnd well recognized manufacturers of cotton textile products like raw Cotton, Fabrics, Cotton Yarns and Blended Yarns and Home Textiles, showcasing an incredible array of products across the value chain.
The Council connects foreign buyers with suitable Indian suppliers and facilitates interaction that permits them to source their specific needs. It also provides information on India’s export environment, its competitive advantages, and updated strength in the global market place.
Texprocil provides regular updates on the latest developments in the industry, trade related issues, international product trends, advances in technology and existing as well as emerging markets. TEXPROCIL also organises participation in international trade fairs, undertakes regular market research, facilitates international trade missions in India and other countries and also holds its own Buyer Seller Meets.
