ICCR:- INDIAN COUNCIL FOR CULTURAL RELATIONS
The Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), is a self-sufficient association of the Government of India, engaged with India’s outer social relations. It was established on 9 April 1950 by Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, the primary Education Minister of free India.
The Council tends to its command of social discretion through a wide scope of exercises.
